Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@goodcrumb.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on the Organic Sourdough Starter as it is a perishable live culture. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@goodcrumb.com.au.
